Robot Vacuum OEM/ODM Manufacturer
of in-house mold design and cutting. The tooling for your program is made and maintained here, never sent out to a separate tool shop.
A robot vacuum cleaner manufacturer for both routes to market
Bring your own design and we cut the tooling and build it, or start from DAYIN’s own robot vacuum platform and put your brand on a unit that is already in production. Where many robot vacuum manufacturers split the work across a chain of shops, here it stays with one supplier, one quality system and one project team.
Sweeping robot OEM supplier
You own the design and the drawings. We cut the tooling, mold the parts, run the finishing and assemble the unit — and we can take over a mold you already own and modify it, so a model that is selling today moves to us without paying for new tooling.
- Take over and adjust existing tooling — a current model transfers in without a new mold spend
- Housing, tank, base-station parts and cosmetic finishing done in-house and shipped as one assembly
Robot vacuum ODM from a ready platform
DAYIN’s own robot vacuum platform — laser navigation, an all-round base station, hardware and firmware developed in-house. Put your brand on the finished unit, or license the electronics package and run final assembly on your own line.
- Navigation behaviour, dock routine, firmware and packaging configured to your brand
-
Skip the multi-year cost of building a laser-navigation
platform from zero
A custom robot vacuum cleaner factory that covers the whole build
The parts of a robot vacuum program that usually sit with three or four separate vendors — the tool room, molding, cosmetic finishing, electronic assembly — are all in-house here. That is what keeps a launch schedule from slipping when one step runs late.
An in-house tool room with 35 years of experience. Aluminum molds for high-volume runs; steel molds where cycle life matters.
Over 100 machines, from 60 to 1200 tons, including high-speed presses.
Food-grade recycled resin processed under GRS certification, with chain-of-custody documentation. Standard and glass-fiber engineering compounds also run here.
Spray painting, silk-screen and pad printing, laser engraving, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding.
PCBA integration, plus full finished-unit assembly and testing.
Over 50 designers supporting evaluation from concept through tooling, backed by 100+ patents.
ISO 9001 system, X-ray inspection, RoHS testing, in-house laboratory.
A Dongguan robot vacuum factory built around its own tool room
One site in Dongguan, China carries the entire build — mold-making, injection molding, cosmetic finishing, electronic assembly and final testing. The real depth is in the tooling: a tool room that has been cutting and repairing molds in-house for 35 years.
- Tooling made and modified on site — including taking over a mold you already own
- A 50-person R&D team that can co-develop a whole machine, not just build to a drawing
- 100+ injection machines, 60–1200 tons, with finishing and electronic assembly on the same site
- GRS-certified recycled resin qualified and running, with chain-of-custody documentation
ISO 9001 · GRS · SMETA · SCAN — audited to the compliance programs your retail buyers ask to see
Why brands pick DAYIN as their robot vacuum cleaner supplier
35 years of mold design and cutting on site. Your program is never handed to an outside tool shop, so lead time on changes and repairs stays under one roof.
A 50-person engineering team and 100+ patents — the answer when a brand asks whether a factory can do more than build straight from a drawing it was handed.
ISO 9001 for quality, GRS for recycled content, and SMETA plus SCAN for social and supply-chain security — the audit reports your retail customers ask to see.
Mold-making, molding, finishing and electronic assembly in one Dongguan factory — no parts crossing town between subcontractors, no shop blaming the next.
GRS certification and an audited chain of custody are already in place, for the retail customer who needs documented recycled material and not just a claim.
Robot vacuum OEM and ODM: what buyers ask
Both. As a sweeping robot OEM supplier we build to your design and tooling. As an ODM we offer our own laser-navigation, base-station robot vacuum for you to private-label, or to license as an electronic solution for your own assembly line.
Yes. A custom program starts either from your design or from our platform, which we then modify — housing, base station, navigation settings, firmware, packaging. Because the tool room, molding and electronic assembly are in one place, the schedule for a custom robot vacuum cleaner factory build stays intact.
Complete units. We mold the housing and base station, integrate the PCBA, then assemble and test the finished machine — on our own platform or to your design. We also supply parts on their own when that is what a customer needs.
Ask which factory owns its molds, keeps engineering in-house, and can still support the product two or three years after launch. Those points decide whether a line holds its cost and its schedule — more than any “best Chinese robot vacuum” list will tell you.
